I've visited twice, and they were always extremely kind and did exactly the shape I wanted. They kept checking the shape in between and carefully injected the filler, and they even let me look in the mirror and confirm it. They said I have thin lips so they couldn't put in much solution, but I still think they got quite a bit thicker, so I'm satisfied.
