I went to consult about nose surgery. When I told them about the surgical direction another hospital had pushed on me too heavily, they clearly explained that it wasn't needed at all, so I felt relieved. The consultation was professional and kind, so I was satisfied. I'm still in the middle of making a shortlist and having consultations, so I'm still deciding, but this is on my design candidate list.
