The director explained things in detail and seemed to examine me carefully, which I liked. There was no aggressive sales pitch, and they pointed out only the parts that were actually needed. Maybe because of the long experience, they seemed very professional? Aftercare was also well organized, and there were surprisingly quite a lot of people there. I was glad they handled the consultation well.
