If I had to say one good thing, they told me only the parts that were necessary, but compared with other clinics, they didn’t look closely at the surgical area and just talked based on what was visible, and they explained things too simply. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a kind, thorough explanation. The staff and the director were kind when explaining things.
