The manager is friendly, so it feels a bit different from person to person The director is extremely professional and always has books about ptosis on the desk. I guess a lot of people ask questions. Elsewhere I was diagnosed with pseudoptosis, but here they said it was moderate-to-severe ptosis, so I was pretty confused.
