I had a consultation for a facial scar revision from an injury I got as a child. I had to wait about two months because the consultation appointments were so backed up, and when I actually went, there were indeed a lot of people waiting. Since it's not cosmetic surgery, there was absolutely no pressure for extra procedures or to force a booking. I could really feel that the director was an expert in this field, and they kindly explained the surgery and recovery process. The price also seemed reasonable compared to other hospitals. The long waiting period is a burden, but I think it's a hospital worth consulting at.
