When I went, there were almost no people, and everyone was kind! As many reviews said, I felt the doctor had a very firm philosophy. I went in for a consultation about revision surgery for sausage eyes, and they said the line would need to be lowered for improvement. They explained how the surgery would turn out depending on skin thickness and how protruding the eyes are. I thought it would definitely improve if I had it done, but I was worried I might not be satisfied if the line got lower. It seemed like they would keep managing swelling and scars after surgery, and there was absolutely no pressure to have surgery. The cost seems about average.
