I went in with high expectations because the reviews were so good, but the consultation was so bad it made me wonder if they’d used a broker. The staff were all kind and nice, but the doctor had this polite-sounding yet careless, formulaic way of speaking, and it felt like he was just dealing with me mechanically. It ended so quickly and he didn’t really say anything, so I thought they wouldn’t charge a consultation fee, but they did.
