Because it was by appointment, I went in with a reservation and received almost no guidance about the underarm hair removal. They just told me the price. I was a bit put off because the consultation was done at the desk instead of in a consultation room. Maybe because there wasn't really anything to consult about... For skin care or aesthetic procedures, you almost never meet a doctor anyway, so not meeting one wasn't a problem, but the front desk staff were just so-so rather than kind.
