About 5-6 years ago, when I had revision nose surgery, they used silicone and ear cartilage. I went back for a follow-up a week after surgery. The doctor was in surgery, so he was busy, and another doctor checked my progress, and at that time I felt like the bridge of my nose was slightly asymmetrical, so I told them, but they said it definitely wasn’t, and since I understand that my face is asymmetrical to begin with, I accepted that, but since they said it wasn’t, I was a bit taken aback. Just by looking at the nostrils, it was obviously asymmetrical, so I said that, and then they showed me a photo. When I looked at the photo, it was obviously uneven nostrils..... When the doctor came, he said he would reduce the nostrils next time, so I just said it was fine and left. Now the nose is visibly crooked diagonally to the side, so it looks bent. And because of the ear cartilage, there’s been a little contracture. I’ve already booked revision surgery in Seoul again..... It doesn’t seem bad for a first surgery.
