I had fat grafting on my face 5 years ago. I got it because of hollow cheeks, and there were no major side effects, but over time it feels like it's slowly fading away. Still, I also think it may be because I actually lost weight, and my skin seems to have gotten a bit better after the procedure, so I'm reasonably satisfied.
