I had my first surgery in 2013, and back then I went without knowing much information. I had a hump and my nose was small and on the low side, so I had surgery using silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and the cost was around 3 million won including facial fat grafting. The result wasn't bad, but once the nose got higher I felt a lot that it looked crooked, so I had revision surgery in 2014. That time, I think they only replaced the silicone without an open approach, and that was the problem. They inserted the silicone all the way to the glabella so it bulged out, and my nose felt even more crooked For reference, when I had the revision surgery, they didn't charge any extra money. Oh, and when I had that surgery, I went with my mom, and for some reason there was a bit of an argument between the info staff and my mom. So I'm not sure about the staff friendliness.
