I had double eyelid surgery and it loosened twice. I had non-incisional in-out lines, and when it loosened the first time it was still within the AS period, so they re-did both sides. But after about a year it loosened again. And when I close my eyes, the suture line shows... I also had epicanthoplasty + fat removal + ptosis correction.
