I had it done a few years ago, and it turned out naturally and well. They recommended surgery that suited my features and didn’t push for anything excessive, which I liked. Even during the surgery, they kept showing me in the mirror and helped set the line well. Even now, several years later, I’m very satisfied. I was a college student at the time, and the cash price was reasonable too.
