I had my first surgery 13 years ago. Less than a month after the surgery, the skin sagged and it turned into an inner double eyelid, so I had it redone. They said it was because my skin was thick. Looking at it now, I should have also had eye correction, which is disappointing. At the time, I was very satisfied. The medial canthoplasty ended up uneven.
