In one word, it was a complete mess right before chaos.. The washing room wasn't kept tidy, so it was a sea of water, and towels weren't replenished in time. People kept calling different staff members asking for towels, but they only handed out disposable towels and never refilled them... And what was the point of taking reservations anyway? I could only receive treatment an hour after my reserved time. Also, the therapist handled the treatment with no sincerity at all, so even though it was a trial price, it felt like a waste of money.
