I think that’s because it looks mixed in with the double eyelid crease I already had. The symmetry doesn’t settle very well, and for a long time after the surgery there was a pimple-like bump below the inner corner of my eye, and people around me often asked if I had a pimple on my eye, which was stressful. I searched online and saw that this can happen when doing inner canthoplasty, but they never explained that there was an ointment to prevent this kind of thing or to prevent scars on the double eyelid, like other hospitals do, and they never recommended it either.
