I went there at night, so there were a lot of people waiting and they were in the middle of surgery, so I had to wait a bit, but the consultation manager carefully talked things through to reduce the gap, which made me trust them. But when I actually met the doctor, he was more blunt and dry than the consultation manager. It seems like he doesn’t push unreasonable surgery, and in fact looks for conservative, safe methods. I wanted to avoid eye muscle correction, but he strongly recommended it, which made me uncomfortable. It felt like he was saying something a little different from what the consultation manager had said earlier, so I’m unsure.
