I had alar rim reduction + triangular nostril correction surgery here once, but there was absolutely no change in the nostrils, so I paid revision surgery fees and had a second operation. Even then there was absolutely no change, so this time I came for an after-service consultation. After my consultation with the doctor, a staff member at the front desk only booked the surgery date and gave no additional guidance. So I asked whether there would be no payment on the surgery day, and they said I only had to pay 330,000 won for anesthesia that day. They did not even look me in the eye and just mumbled while looking at the monitor so I could barely hear them.. Normally, do they not arrange a separate consultation room to book the surgery date, explain the cost, and give precautions? This is the first time I have experienced this at the front desk, and this is not a dermatology clinic. During the consultation with the doctor, they said local anesthesia was also possible, but it seems they had not coordinated with the doctor, because they only mentioned the 330,000 won sedation anesthesia fee and did not explain the local anesthesia fee. It felt too expensive, so I asked about the local anesthesia fee, and they said it was 220,000 won. Later I asked by chat, and they said both local anesthesia and sedation anesthesia are normally the same amount, and that was the discounted price. I know that any hospital charges a separate anesthesia fee for after-service treatment. Still, I expected around the 100,000 to 200,000 won range, so is 330,000 won not excessive? This is not a revision because I was personally dissatisfied; the before and after are exactly the same, so this is an after-service case. Is it really right for me to pay 330,000 won? Can this amount even be called after-service? I asked about this by chat, and after a long back-and-forth they said they would reduce the local anesthesia fee from 220,000 to 200,000 won. I do not want to go to this hospital anymore, but I have already spent over 3 million won here, and more than 1 million won of that was only on this same surgery, so it is hard to even look for another hospital. But now they are asking me to pay 330,000 won again. If they had done the first surgery properly, it could have ended with 500,000 won, but now they have made me spend over 1.3 million won, which is so unfair. This is not because of my fault or greed; the before and after are the same, so it is right that I get after-service, but why do I have to pay this much?
