The doctor's consultation was way too short compared to the time I waited. Even though it's his own surgery, he seems poor at explaining things verbally. Still, I was thinking I should supplement things in the consultation with Manager Yoon Gyu-ri, but she was truly shockingly rude, the worst ever. It was my first time having such an awful consultation while visiting plastic surgery clinics. The doctor explains only by talking, without even a cotton swab, and even when I asked the manager to show materials, she stubbornly insisted everything could be explained verbally, so I couldn't trust it.
