I got a consultation right away with no waiting, and the person doing the consultation seemed honest. They briefly explained the retention period, how many sessions would be needed for it to last longer, side effects, and other important notes. They didn't recommend any other procedures, and they were kind. But after reading the reviews, I saw people saying the staff are kind but the director does the procedure carelessly and yawns a lot, so I don't feel like getting it done there very much anymore.
