My under-eye hollowness wasn't severe, but it was enough to be annoying, so I was debating whether to have surgery or a procedure, and I went for a consultation to get filler. After examining me, they said it wasn't enough to justify surgery, but that filling it in with filler would make a big difference. They looked over my face in different areas and said they would only treat the under-eyes, which I said were my biggest concern, and explained the rest only as reference, so I felt comfortable going through the consultation. The director and the manager were both kind, which I liked.
