I got Shurink and ended up with paralysis of the muscles around the corners of my mouth, so for several months every time I gargled I spat water out like a kingfisher. When I went back, they said it could happen normally, and they called in another doctor to ask whether it was supposed to be normal. That doctor replied that if the doctor controls it properly, it can be avoided, so they hurriedly sent me away. There was no follow-up treatment at all. I had Shurink twice elsewhere and never had anything like that, so I strongly do not recommend it.
