There was no consultation with the director, only the procedure itself. The consultation manager explained the procedure and side effects, and then I went straight into the procedure. It was when contour injections were very popular, so there were quite a lot of people, but the waiting time was short. The procedure didn't have much effect, and because it's a steroid injection, I didn't continue after the 4th session.
