The overall explanation of the implant and surgical methods was specific, which I liked. They listened to my questions well and answered them, and it didn't feel like the director was overly pushing his own opinion; I was able to have a comfortable consultation. The manager in charge also seemed meticulous, since after the consultation she organized the information once more for me and explained it. It was not overly friendly, so it didn't feel burdensome. But there was pressure to book on the same day, which felt a bit burdensome at the end.
