They say they prepare the botox with water in the morning, but they don’t show you the bottle being opened, which is a little odd. There isn’t even any separate labeling on the syringe. Not even one of those common name stickers How am I supposed to trust what product it is?? Do they even know themselves?? The manager just said to trust it because it’s a big chain lol funny. I paid double the price for a different product because they said it was being injected with Xeomin, and now I see why people avoid factory-style clinics. The doctor also showed absolutely no professionalism and was rude. I got the procedure done because I was short on time, but I won’t go again and I can’t recommend it. Also, they said they would even confirm that it was Xeomin, but they didn’t show me. I don’t know if they can’t do it or if they forgot.
