The consultation is quite short. They design the line and tell you whether it's possible or not. And if you have any questions, they tell you to ask. Some staff are kind, but most of them seem busy, so the atmosphere is kind of hectic. Since I'm still in recovery after surgery, I can't say for sure yet, but as of now I'm not satisfied. The way the staff respond and guide patients doesn't seem consistent. Each staff member gives different instructions, and sometimes they correct each other by saying someone gave the wrong guidance, which doesn't exactly inspire trust.
