I didn't have high expectations because it was a factory-like clinic, but after about 10 laser hair removal sessions, there was definitely an effect. However, I didn't even expect amazing kindness, but I was extremely disappointed with the service. In particular, I ended up paying 100,000 won more than the amount the chief consultant had quoted. Since I had been using the clinic continuously, I paid with accumulated points included, so I figured it was just a mistake and asked by phone for the exact price information and a refund/recharge, but it wasn't resolved for more than a day. It wasn't until I said I would come in person and got angry that the chief consultant finally called... In terms of service, it was truly the worst clinic.
