Like the other reviews, the director explained things kindly. I liked that they didn’t just talk about the eyes, but explained step by step what problems there were in general and how to solve them. They also broke the surgery methods down into about three options starting from the basic explanation, and recommended how to proceed in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd priority order. The consultation with the director took just over 10 minutes, and there was enough time for explanations and questions, so overall it was a satisfying session. The consultation with the manager was also based on the chart the director wrote, and they gave basic explanations and showed examples with after-surgery photos, which made it much easier to understand and really sink in. I’m still going around for consultations, so I haven’t decided yet, but I’m satisfied with the overall consultation content, and out of the list I have, this is the one I like best.
