I went for a consultation after watching their YouTube videos, but they were a bit rude compared to how they seemed in the videos, so it was unexpected. It felt like they just wanted to get through the necessary conversation quickly, and I didn't feel they were speaking in a patient-considerate way. They analyzed my eye shape very well, and the surgery method they suggested was convincing, but since this was a revision surgery and they said only double-incision was possible, I went somewhere else. I was also reluctant about leaving two scars, and when I went around for consultations, there were doctors who said they didn't understand why anyone would do double-incision, so in the end I thought it was better not to choose a method that even doctors argue about...
