It's a factory-style clinic, so there were a lot of people, the waiting time was long, and the procedure was over quickly. When I went, I waited about an hour. The counseling manager was kind, and the doctor also explained things when the filler was going in and when the Botox was going in. There was a lot of pressure to get more procedures, but they were kind.
