After consulting at another hospital, I felt the explanation here wasn't very thorough. It's not about being warm or not, or the tone or anything like that; if I didn't ask about the surgery method and such, they didn't explain it in detail first. But if I did ask, they answered well. I guess I should have gone in having studied a lot myself, or else trusted them completely and left it all to them?? I wasn't really either, so I put it on hold for now. Anyway, the staff member wasn't pushy and was kind too!
