5 or 6 years ago, I went for a consultation for volume fillers because my face had almost no fat. But the front desk staff looked a bit busy and slightly annoyed. It was my first time there, and until I spoke up, they didn’t ask me any questions at all, and I was just left standing at the front desk. When I asked about registration, they told me to fill something out. After I filled it out, I sat down and waited, but even after more than an hour, they still hadn’t called my name. So while I was waiting, I went back to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be, and the form I had filled out was still sitting there on top of the desk exactly where I had left it. Only after I asked did they finally check in a hurry and send me in right away. As soon as I went in, the consultation coordinator looked at my face and, when I said I wanted filler, asked back, "Nose?" which startled me. In the end I didn’t get the procedure, but I still can’t forget the front desk staff and the coordinator saying, "Nose?"
