I got a consultation back when it was Up2C. I went because it was recommended, and both the manager who consulted me and the doctor seemed to explain things kindly. After the name changed, I think the doctor I had consulted with was no longer there. The interior facilities are good and they are kind. There are many Chinese patients, and I was fine, but I don't really know how it was for other people who consulted there.
