I booked a consultation time, but because there was another surgery afterward, the director consulted me for maybe about 5 minutes? Then just left and told me to talk to the manager instead.. Then why do they even take consultation reservations? The manager herself was ethical and kind, but the surgery is done by the director, so whether I could trust them with it is questionable... The review photos looked okay
