At other clinics, the time spent talking with the consultation manager was about the same as the time spent talking with the doctor, but here the manager left quickly and I was able to consult with the doctor for a long time. The doctor explained things professionally and also said that while this surgery would have these effects, it wasn't necessarily needed. They say he has a lot of experience, but there aren't many reviews, so I'm torn.
