I think the estimate was around 5.6 million won for cartilage fixation + cartilage reduction? + alar reduction + stepwise septum + columella reduction. I asked for a photo of the nose I wanted, and the consultation was really good, but because it is open and this would be my first nose surgery, the price was high, so I do not think I will do it here. They showed me the expected nose shape with Photoshop, I think. I liked that the doctor accurately caught the nose shape I wanted and suggested a plan that matched it.
