The consultation and counter staff were just average, but the doctor was kind, explained things well, and performed the procedure while checking on my pain and condition. Even if you make a reservation, there is usually a wait, but not so much that it's unbearable. When I told them the direction I wanted for the procedure, they gave me guidelines saying ~~ would be possible but ~~ would probably be difficult, which I liked.
