Every time I go, the waiting time is ridiculously, ridiculously, ridiculously long and it really feels like a factory.. The front desk is always unfriendly as usual, the doctor was super kind, but he only explained things verbally so I was kind of like, huh..? It didn't really make me want to have it done there at all, so in the end I decided to do it at another hospital.
