Not great.., There were way too many people, and the desk staff were extremely rude~~~ I only went because it was cheap and close.... totally factory-like! The hair removal effect is good... I had the lower area done, and after about 6 sessions there's almost nothing left... haha I'm also getting my underarms done, but the staff is so rude that it annoys me every time I go lol
