About a year ago, I had trapezius reduction surgery and liposuction here at the same time. My upper body is generally a bit bulky, and my trapezius muscles were also quite developed, so I was stressed and decided to do it. My neck looked short, and my shoulders looked unnecessarily wide, which really bothered me. After consulting with the director, I decided to proceed with liposuction as well. On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous, but since it was done under sedation anesthesia, by the time I came to, it was over. For the first few days I felt a bit stiff and uncomfortable when lying down, but it wasn't pain, just something manageable. Recovery speed after liposuction can vary by person, but for me it healed faster than expected even though I had liposuction too, which was nice. Around two months later I could clearly feel the shoulder line changing, and the most noticeable effect was that once the trapezius lowered, my neck looked much longer, which I really liked. Of course even now the muscle hasn't come back up or anything, and it has stayed well maintained, so I'm very satisfied. Especially when I wear clothes, the difference in fit compared with before is obvious, which is great. After the procedure I debated whether to get a touch-up, but I think getting one more treatment would make the effect even better, so I'm planning to do it!! For people like me who have a lot of fat and also somewhat prominent muscles that can be grabbed when you touch them, I think doing both together is the answer. If you get trapezius Botox often, or if you have shoulder pain, please look into it once~ Of course, as with any procedure, choosing the right clinic is the most important thing. Personally, I don't regret what I had done at Volum.
