I got a consultation here through a friend's recommendation, and they focused on only the points that were really necessary without overdoing it. After the recommendations, I could feel confidence from the director when they explained things, so I trusted them. When I had questions, they explained the answers in a way that was easy to understand, so I was really happy with the consultation I had with the director. But maybe because I visited at a time when there were a lot of people, there were many people waiting and the wait was long, and I think what was disappointing was that the waiting area felt a bit chaotic.
