Just ruined. I had Fraxel 3 years ago, and there are still burn marks on my face that haven't gone away. When I went to complain, they instead recommended IPL at my own expense. They didn't even give a discount. Instead of saying it wasn't their fault, they said the doctor changes every week, there was another doctor, and he got angry and slammed the door ..;; And I never went again.
