The doctor was kind, the consultation was professional, and I’m satisfied with the surgery. However, because of the doctor’s mistake, not all of the sutures from my epicanthoplasty were removed, so I had to come back. The aftercare at that time was not good at all. Without even apologizing, they just removed the remaining sutures and then denied that any were left before I came back.
