I went there for hair removal. One of the directors was meticulous and did a good job, while another seemed to be a bit careless. After all 5 sessions, most of the hair was gone, but it's starting to grow back a little bit, which is disappointing. But more than that, one of the people at the desk was pretty rude when making the appointment, so that left a bad feeling, and the elevator was extremely slow, so I stopped going after the 5th session.
