I went because I was worried about a dimpled chin and only wanted to fill the chin tip. I went because it was the closest place and the price was decent. There was no consultation with the director at all; I decided everything with the manager, and the director only performed the procedure. The result turned out very well and I'm satisfied. But since it was such a simple procedure and probably would have been done well anywhere, that's the rating I gave.
