It's just a factory-type place, exactly the factory-system that comes to mind. The wait is insanely long and the doctor is done in 30 seconds, that kind of feeling. The staff do the consultation, decide what you want to do, and then the doctor just comes in, does it quickly, and leaves. The staff also tend to sneak in and recommend other things.
