Back then I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, but the epicanthoplasty was... not that effective, probably because I had such severe epicanthal folds, and the double eyelids turned out very well. Now that it's been 3 or 4 years, everyone says it looks natural~ I highly recommend double eyelid surgery here
