I went for a consultation about double eyelid surgery and outer-lower canthoplasty. At a clinic I had consulted before, they said outer-lower canthoplasty wouldn't make much of a difference, so they didn't recommend it. But this clinic said that if I wanted to lower the outer corner of the eyes with outer-lower canthoplasty, they could make my eye shape look gentle. They said they would provide swelling reduction and scar injections as aftercare. The only downside is that the cost is burdensome compared with other clinics.
