Met the staff member, then the director, then the staff member again to wrap up. It's a one-doctor clinic and they only use one floor, but it felt wider and more comfortable than I expected. Clean. I had a short meeting with the staff member and then the director consulted with me. He did seem tired, but he answered all my questions and spoke realistically, saying things like 100% improvement wouldn't be possible. He also looked at my nose with an endoscope during the consultation. Somehow it felt trustworthy, and it seemed like he understood the direction I wanted (as safe as possible, function-focused, no side effects, natural). He did not recommend osteotomy because of functional concerns, and only suggested exactly the surgery I had in mind. The staff member had a polite tone, but there was a slightly intimidating strong presence, so I was a bit scared.. The cost was reasonable and I really liked everything, but the clinic is relatively new and the director doesn't have a very long career, so there aren't many reviews, which makes me hesitate. Still, I probably will have surgery here and I'm thinking about going back for another consultation.
